The office is really lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I received surgery from Dr Rughani and couldn’t have been happier with the results(See photos below only just over 2 weeks post surgery). On the day I was meant to have my staples and stitches removed, sadly, I had a bout of focal seizures in the waiting room, the nurse was so kind and recommended I attend hospital asked if I needed an ambulance we denied as my husband was with me and we drove. Everyone that we have met was lovely to deal with. They are all extremely knowledgeable and came back to me very quickly when I had some questions or concerns. Great team which is run very efficiently!
Excellent service and support from BPCS. I thoroughly recommend Dr Milap Rughani as a plastic surgeon with excellent skills and a very human touch.
I couldn't recommend BPCS anymore then I already do! The professionalism and kindness of the whole team from receptionist, to nurses and of course Dr Richardson. They went above and beyond for me to give me all the information needed. I travelled over 16 hours for my surgery as they has made me feel the most comfortable and I could trust them more then otherwise surgerons I had seen. I would 100% recommend. Will be back next year for another surgery!
