Called to book an appointment with Dr Jeremy to find out if I need a surgery or continue with a physio for my shoulder dislocation, the reception lady Nichole showed my MRI to the doctor before going ahead with an appointment and she called me back saying that I don't need an appointment since I don't need a surgery and just I need to continue with a physio.
