Support from doctor and staff friendly, professional, supportive through out entire process.
I was quite apprehensive about getting knee surgery, but Dr Craig Hughes has an excellent "bedside manner" and and a personality that exudes confidence without the arrogance that can so many surgeons have. Although I've suffered considerable pain the whole experience has been well worth it, thanks in no small part to Craig and his support team. The scar is the best I've ever seen. Almost impossible to see.
I have had both of my knees replaced by Dr Hughes over the past couple of years which has given me the freedom and ability to partake in activities I wouldn’t have been able to beforehand. I have no hesitation recommending this practice and Dr Hughes.
My husband recently had knee surgery with Dr Craig Hughes and was truly impressed by his genuine empathy and support. He took the time to understand his concerns and made us both feel completely at ease throughout the process. Jolanda at reception is also wonderful—helpful, patient, and caring. She made every interaction smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend Dr Hughes and his team for anyone seeking expert, compassionate care.
