My recent experience with Dr Tai Smith exceeded my expectations. He was kind, caring and truly sympathetic to my situation. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and expected outcomes in a way that was easy for me to understand. I felt listened to and well cared for throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Dr Tai Smith.
Waited 5 month for the plastic eye surgery consultation, paid $270 for 10 mins consultation. The attitude from Dr tai smith is not slightly welcoming at all … understandable if you don’t think my eyes need more improvement or adjustments done but still be friendly at least . I feel uncomfortable during the 10 mins consultation, felt like been ignored , when he put an eye drop in my eye , he did not even bother explaining it might cause my vision blurry. Very happy with Dr Luke Maccheron and staff Could do with painting entry, needs brightening up, very tired and unwelcoming.
The best eye specialists in Queensland I highly recommend them and very friendly and kind people
