Just had my Husqvarna serviced and bought additional parts for the snippet started out great pick up the ride on said about 6 weeks Initial quote 2 weeks in was around $1k further 5 weeks later a bill of $1675 arrived we worked out an arrangement and asked 4 time for the sniper part to be delivered….the delivered the mower with out the additional part….started mowing …and the unit is operating worse after the service….cant even get up my driveway now….further inspection the choke setting has been locked open and the adjustin... read more

Bought a new Husqvarna TS112 on 15th October 2025. It never worked - shut down as soon as the cutting deck was engaged. I phoned the next working day. It took them over 2 weeks to come and collect it to take back to the workshop. Now, nearly 2 weeks after being back in the workshop no-one has yet looked at it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC DEALERSHIP! They are also hopeless at returning your phone calls. Endless times they have told me they will call me back but never do. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
