Bought a new Husqvarna TS112 on 15th October 2025. It never worked - shut down as soon as the cutting deck was engaged. I phoned the next working day. It took them over 2 weeks to come and collect it to take back to the workshop. Now, nearly 2 weeks after being back in the workshop no-one has yet looked at it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC DEALERSHIP! They are also hopeless at returning your phone calls. Endless times they have told me they will call me back but never do. My advice is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.
..Overall pretty good but dropped my rating to 3 as customers service was bit off.
Waited 20mins behind one person being served. Turns out there’s a girl working the other end of the counter who didn’t serve anyone in that whole time who could’ve served me. I was in high vis, took 20mins for the guy who was serving to get the girl to serve me. Amy I think her name was? Wow. Not too bright these ones, never going there again!
