If you’re going to sell aftermarket products at least learn the product that you are selling. Has to be embarrassing when a customer calls you out. No sorry about that nothing. Also need to have an understanding of consumer laws before you tell people to bad and there is nothing that can be done. Purchased bikes of them without issue but accessories is something else.
