Terrible service. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They never introduced themselves and barely spoke to us. We felt completely ignored and very annoyed by the whole experience. The sales guys didn’t seem to know their job at all — they just sat there, said “no” to everything, and made no effort to help. Instead of assisting, they basically avoided us. Wish I could give minus stars. Definitely not a place I’d recommend.
experience was excellent. I was greeted immediately. came in ready to buy a kids bike the salesperson didn’t hesitate to help. Instead of guessing, he took the time to check availability. And was genuinely interested in making sure we had accurate information not rushed or brushed off. Great attitude, great service!
Was told to go upstairs at the Ipswich branch to pay for a tyre change. Eventually when I got there I told the woman I had cancer all over the body and struggled to used the stairs, she just laughed. How inhuman can you get laughing at someone's disability. I will make sure everyone is aware on the service you give.
