Amazing service from the team this morning, had my CB650R in the workshop to get some bar ends installed. Not only were they extremely quick and efficient, they also made sure everything was to my liking. Highly recommend if you live in the area.

To all the Ducatisti out there - be warned about the terrible customer service at Brisbane Motorcycles servicing department. I was a loyal customer of over 10 years and just returned from overseas. I ordered a new part - no call back - had to chase them - it had arrived - no one had bothered to call! I booked it in for 8am to be installed (just a quick job). No communication, multiple phone calls, no one calls back, no one answers the phone, left on hold then cut off multiple times. Account activation is awful. on-line information incorrect Product never arrived. On the same day as my order with Brisbane Motorcycles I ordered Motorcycle goods from Victoria, Perth WA, Sydney NSW and China, they all arrived within a week, Brisbane motorcycles product never arrived and I'm only a couple of hours up the road on the Fraser Coast!!
