Great to see people who really love bikes looking after them. Had mine in today for emergency puncture repair and even though I was apprehensive about a plug vs replacement due to due condition of the tyre before vs after being able to pull over to inspect it- they properly gave their feedback from and honest customer POV and I was back on the road hours later.
