Booked and paid for trip. Received confirmation however Brisbane Limos just didn't show up. No communication and mobile number is disconnected. They have my money and no way to communicate with them.
At the moment I am having trouble getting in touch with them so am trying any avenue I can to get their attention - their phone number doesn't ring and no one is responding to my emails or Facebook messages. I booked a service for this coming weekend back in August, payment was taken and was great customer service at that point. Now I am not hearing back from anyone about my booking and I am getting nervous. If someone gets in touch with me I will delete this review.

I don’t recommend this company! Very upsetting to see my friend in her birthday, surrounded by all her friends who she invited to share a moment that never happened. The driver never showed up, no phone number was provided for us to contact after hours, no support whatsoever.
If you want the worst experience, this is the company to hire a limo from. They take your money, send you an email to confirm the booking time, and then leave you waiting because they don’t show up. Imagine it’s your 40th birthday, and you’ve spent $400 on a 1 hours limousine. You’re waiting with your friends, but the limo doesn’t show up. What do you do?
