I have had an excellent experience with Brisbane joint Health. From my first appointment, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. Dr Ng is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. I never felt rushed during my appointments—he explained my condition clearly and answered all of my questions. The compassionate approach shown by all the staff at Brisbane Joint Health has made a big difference and helped put me at ease whilst navigating RA.
Dr Ng has been professional, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout my treatment. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make me feel supported during every appointment. Very thorough investigation into the root cause of my symptoms. I felt well cared for. The new location was easy to find with ample free parking.
Dr Ravini De Silva is amazing, just like the lovely ladies at reception. Having thoroughly checked and sent off for scans, receiving diagnosis on the 2nd appointment. Cost efficient and genuinely caring for there patients
Dr. Ravini's professional experience and down-to-earth understanding was greatly appreciated, she is extremely passionate and talented with her specialisation in rheumatology. I would highly recommend her to new clients and have clearly seen the she is dedicated also to existing clients.
