Sadly I have chased this company to no end for their services. Don't follow up on return calls like they said they would, now have been ghosted by them. Update, thank you for your response. You can be assured this is the correct company for the review I left. I was happy to accept the telstra response once but after emails and sms that were working after the "telstra" land line issus but after having a site inspection, I was fully ghosted after repeated attempts of contact on the lines of communication that had been working.
I was so impressed with Brian that I didn’t bother quoting elsewhere, a first for me! I am very happy with the installation of my new irrigation and the system he advised would suit my block. Everything is working great and his follow up customer service is A1. Love supporting local and I highly recommend Brian and his team.
The post-installment service from the people at BIS was first class. There were some problems with our system (which were no fault of theirs but due to a faulty batch of US-manufactured valves) and they could not have been more helpful or more responsive. Could not recommend them more hightly. The installer, Mike, is also as super-knowledgeable chap who will bend over backwards to give you the system you need. Respect.
