Extremely disappointing service from this business. I have been waiting for my substantial Medicare refund due to an administration error for over 4 weeks. Now after hand delivering the Medicare cheque to their office (cheque made out to the doctor in error) I have been told that the doctor is on leave for a week and nothing can be done until he returns!
I highly recommend Dr Bruce Jones. Since my treatment my pain has diminished to the point where I'm hardly aware of it anymore. Such a relief. I'm so glad my GP recommended Bruce to me.
The acupuncture I have received under the care of Dr Modarres has given me the best results from any treatment I have ever tried, without any steroids or medication. I found this clinic through the Ehlers Danlos Society list of practitioners and Dr Modarres was very knowledgable about EDS, POTS & other conditions. The team is extremely caring and accomodating and I could not be more pleased with my experience every time I attend the clinic.
Excellent experience here with Dr Illingsworth. This clinic was highly recommended for a complex long term.post traumatic injuries. Very fair in pricing and safer then in hospital. Wll continue to fly interstate. Highly recommend for HSD and post traumatic injuries. Bel and Linda are fabulous and super supportive. Great team here!
