Rob is amazing. I have eds and he has helped me so much. I can't put into words how he has changed my life. He is a amazing Doctor that really cares. He has helped me with my pots, eds and fibromyalgia.
Dr Illingworth is very caring and understanding and he listens to what I'm saying. It's so refreshing. Also, when I went in for my second visit, the receptionist immediately greeted me by name as I walked in the door. She is so lovely and friendly and it was nice to be remembered, even though she had only met me once.
Disappointed. Go with pain and advised to see GP. $300 out of pocket, waste of money.
Extremely disappointing service from this business. I have been waiting for my substantial Medicare refund due to an administration error for over 4 weeks. Now after hand delivering the Medicare cheque to their office (cheque made out to the doctor in error) I have been told that the doctor is on leave for a week and nothing can be done until he returns!
