Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. I had my consultation in mid-Jan and sent my super release form the very next day. I already had my treatment booked for 28 Feb, so I was trying to get everything organised in time. I followed up a few times over the next few weeks to check how things were going, but apart from one brief acknowledgement, I didn’t really get any updates. Excellent service as usual from Liz who did the teeth clean as well as identifying any areas to which I should pay particular attention. I also received pleasant, friendly service from the admin staff.
