I have visited a couple of times and spoke to David on both occasions. David's service was exceptional, he asked plenty of questions regarding what I was after, what music I liked and then auditioned components and speakers that would work for me. I ended up with exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend Brisbane HiFi.

I first visited Brisbane HiFi about 6 months ago, and that initial conversation planted the seed for what eventually became my dream system. Had a great experience dealing with David at Brisbane HiFi. He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and happy to take the time to talk through different options without any pressure or sales tactics. You can tell he genuinely cares about matching people with the right equipment rather than simply making a sale. As someone passionate about music and audio, I really appreciated the honest advice and relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to working with David and the team again down the track. Fraud !!!!!! STAY AWAY !!! This is my opinion. I bought JBL bookshelf speakers and subwoofer on the 17/4/2026 Today is the 29/4/2026 and Brisbane Hifi is nowhere to be found, not answering their mobile or messages. The order was for 993$ AUD I am now with the bank on the phone reporting the transaction as fraud because they sell items they do not have. Listen to my review or not - results are in your hands
