I first visited Brisbane HiFi about 6 months ago, and that initial conversation planted the seed for what eventually became my dream system. David was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process and genuinely made my hi-fi dreams come true. What really stood out to me was the relaxed, no-pressure environment. Had a great experience dealing with David at Brisbane HiFi. He was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and happy to take the time to talk through different options without any pressure or sales tactics. You can tell he genuinely cares about matching people with the right equipment rather than simply making a sale. As someone passionate about music and audio, I really appreciated the honest advice and relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to working with David and the team again down the track. Fraud !!!!!! STAY AWAY !!! This is my opinion. I bought JBL bookshelf speakers and subwoofer on the 17/4/2026 Today is the 29/4/2026 and Brisbane Hifi is nowhere to be found, not answering their mobile or messages. The order was for 993$ AUD I am now with the bank on the phone reporting the transaction as fraud because they sell items they do not have. Listen to my review or not - results are in your hands
Not an understatement to say this is an absolute AMAZING place to visit!!! - David here today was one of only a few people I have met in retail with an even more expansive knowledge and love for hifi than the guy I see in my mirror… (has has 3-decades+ in the game vs my 2.5ish) and he has great very low pressure sales service (just the way I like it). - To be clear, if you just want a $900 jbl soundbar, your best bet (imo) is to hit a jb hifi, but if you want the best bang for buck for a hifi kit from $2.5k to $40k+ imo you ... read more
