Great location, plenty of parking and easy access to knowledgeable and helpful Simonds Homes staff
My experience building with Simonds Home was so stressful it affects me far more than expected both emotionally and mentally. They are not a good company to deal with. None of the staff members have been good throughout the process. I was intimidated by Taylor because I refused to sign PCI. Please stay away from Simonds Home if you care for your mental health.
The sales and gallery teams were friendly and helpful throughout the initial stages, and I appreciated their support. However, the experience with the third-party builder management was very disappointing. The coordination between the company and their contracted builders was poorly handled, and many of the onsite supervisors lacked accountability.
