I found the appointment simplistic and lacking substance. To be explained via scribbled notes and have nothing to take away to read was dissapointing. To have them make email errors and stress a vulnerable client, was a very low professional standard.. To still be chasing a decent service after weeks is not good at all.
We were referred to Dr Michael Gattas and found him to be knowledgable, warm and professional. Our appointment ran to time but we were not at all rushed. We received a great deal of information, catered to our circumstances and level of understanding. All of our questions were addressed, and we received a summary letter via email that evening. I would gladly recommend Dr Gattas and his team.
