Pretty annoyed. Wanted some bearings done in my diff but they said they wouldn’t do it because I had bought the parts already and they won’t do work if I supplied the parts. I asked politely, if you don’t mind me asking, why not? And his response was, “you don’t walk into a bloody restaurant with a steak and say cook it for me, do ya mate” so if that doesn’t say we gouge prices… then stuffed if I know what does. So I would say steer clear.

I took my diff in and yes the shop had kind and good customer service and they made sure to take good care of my diff that needed to be rebuilt. I dropped the diff off and got told yep should be done by the end of the week. It came the end of the week i called just after lunch so 3. And a bit business days and got told my job got pushed back due to other important jobs coming in. great service
6 months after a gearbox was rebuilt a seal began to leak on the output shaft. No biggie just replace the seal and move on. One time use locking nuts were reused. Output shaft and a gear shaft were destroyed due to these nuts been reused and a second rebuild was need at a much higher cost.
