An overall disappointing experience. I purchased an engagement ring from them and was initially happy with the purchasing process. The first issue that arose was when I first received the ring. After checking the ring, I found the diamond to be loose in the mount that it was able to rotate and tilt with a slight touch. Delivery was slightly delayed due to customs however turnaround (3 Weeks)was relitively short considering my diamond had to come from O/S. The service was very efficient and replies to enquiries were usually within a hour. During daytime or earliest beginning of trade the nect day. I would recommend this company.
Beware. We paid for a ring that is now broken. This company would not refund us and basically told us to take him to court. This purchase should be special. We however have had the worst experience possible. Firstly the delays. Secondly they altered the design without consultation and finally they made a ring that was not fit for its purpose.
