I had an appointment with Lara who made me feel very at ease. Such an informative session. A+ for service!
This is not the friendly, comfortable, safe dental clinic that I once knew. My recent experience was very disappointing. I was spoken to in a hostile and disrespectful manner and wrongly accused of cancelling late, despite attending the dental surgery the week prior with witnesses present. I had my appointment at the clinic today to get my teeth the plate two extra teeth added and Lara, the dentist who did My plate was an absolute genius. My teeth are wonderful. The plate looks absolutely fantastic. So proud of my smile now as it all looks natural looks fantastic. The secretary she is lovely always has a smile so polite. It was a joy to go there. It was a pleasure.
Lara is an absolute superstar and genuinely such a lovely person to deal with. From day one, she was so positive, welcoming and incredibly easy to talk to, which made the entire process feel stress-free. She was extremely thorough, had so much patience and never once made us feel rushed, always happy to re-explain things and made sure we fully understood every step.
