Brisbane Deck and Stairs, especially Troy and Jurse, were fantastic! Their pre-sales and design process was top-notch, far exceeding other companies we consulted. They expertly refurbished our large deck, replacing crucial structural elements and installing durable composite decking. The on-site crew, including Josh and Chris, were outstanding – professional, efficient, and incredibly tidy. They finished the job in under three weeks, even with a cyclone interruption! Highly recommend their quality work and excellent service.
Excellent service and quality from these guys. I’d had trouble getting fencing people to quote on replacing my balustrade looking front fence. Nothing was too difficult for these guys, and I’m so happy with the end result. Troy, the owner, is an absolute delight. He came out to visit the property, give us his recommendation and chatted through the options for 11 back stairs and a new small deck/ landing. He was helpful and his designer came up with some great options. From there Jacob, who did the project, was attentive, polite and worked really hard to deliver us a great project. Highly recommend.
Our beautiful deck definitely lifts up the place! Troy and the whole team were super easy to deal with, they were punctual, detailed and efficient. They made the whole process stress-free! We love our new deck :)
Troy was very professional at all stages, from the initial quote, agreeing on scope of works to completing the work. We were very pleased with the high quality of workmanship and everything was clean at the end of the job. Would definitely recommend for any future timber deck or stair repairs.
