I had a very good experience in this hospital, Excellent team work,From reception till Discharge nurses all were very kind ,My surgeon and my Anesthetist were The BEST.I thank for all the lovely work you do.I also thank the nurses who attended the care from pre admission ,Anesthetic nurses ,theatre scrub nurses,discharge nurses and who all involved in my care.
Brisbane Day Surgery treated my mother really well with great respect and care. Shout out to Nurse Jo, she is professional while putting you at easy with her witty sense of humour.
Some staff very unprofessional and insensitive which made it uncomfortable. Others were lovely.
I cannot fault the kindness and professionalism by all staff. They listen and do care about your concerns and worries.
