Cancelled a cruise that we had booked for a birthday 3 months in advance 3 days before citing fuel costs and not enough bookings. No alternative dates for another 2 months. No call, just an automated email and no response to a request for a refund so we could make other arrangements. Out of pocket and disappointed.
Great hospitality. Friendly & helpful crew. Easy cruising. Good wines & food. Just a lovely day.
My wife and I enjoyed a great day out cruising from Gold Coast to Brisbane on the Lady Brisbane. Staff were great and over all excellent. Jess looked after us at the rear of the boat with coffee and biscuits and was a lot of fun.

Went on the "cruise" for our Christmas party that didn't go anywhere on Saturday 15th November was rained/stormed off, although the storm had passed hours prior!...so we had to stay onboard docked...while we watched the City Cat go back and forth for the 2 hours we were onboard before leaving early... I was so disappointed paying $115.00 that there was no contingency plan for staying docked! A free drink, better food, and maybe a dance floor from the get go would of been great!
