I was booked on a Gold Coast cruise at the start of the month with a group of friends. The cruise was cancelled due to lack of numbers. Dissapointing but understandable I guess. We were offered an alternative date which didn't suit so we were told refunds would be paid in 5-7 days. When that didn't happen we started to contact the office to follow up. Absolutely brilliant afternoon out on the Brisbane River. This boat is the perfect size, we were waited on promptly and nothing felt rushed, really genuine hospitality. The views of the city from the water are incredible and it's the kind of experience that makes you fall in love with Brisbane all over again! The whole thing was relaxed and easy from start to finish. Can't recommend it enough !
Cancelled a cruise that we had booked for a birthday 3 months in advance 3 days before citing fuel costs and not enough bookings. No alternative dates for another 2 months. No call, just an automated email and no response to a request for a refund so we could make other arrangements. Out of pocket and disappointed.
Great hospitality. Friendly & helpful crew. Easy cruising. Good wines & food. Just a lovely day.
My wife and I enjoyed a great day out cruising from Gold Coast to Brisbane on the Lady Brisbane. Staff were great and over all excellent. Jess looked after us at the rear of the boat with coffee and biscuits and was a lot of fun.
