I saw a male therapist here a while ago. He was condescending, talked over me and inserted his personal beliefs into my situation, he kept telling what he would do had 3 sessions I would not bother going back it’s taken me a while to post my review as I’ve been working with another therapist who has helped me immensely.

I have had some profound shifts working with Janice Fittell. I have had lots of counseling over the years but none as effective or as high quality as Janice. Can honestly say that it's changed my life, the EMDR the brilliant way Janice just gets where I am at and what I need. The wonderful staff on the front counter are so kind and accomodating. The whole team are great. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through the toughest year of my life! Forever grateful

Really lovely therapist and receptionists. However, they don’t do proper EMDR here. More like bilateral stimulation without following the protocol. I found the approach taken here would mean it was opening a door to things stored in my subconscious without finishing processing - meaning a big side effects outside of sessions (physical and emotional), no reduction in triggers and no lasting improvements to my well-being.
