I highly recommend Janice! She helped me in a pivotal time in my life and allowed me to work through traumatic memories through EMDR. She is highly skilled and intuitive, she asks the right questions and I had many ‘ah ha’ moments I could not have worked out alone. She is an asset to the team and I will forever appreciate the positive impact she has made on my well-being. I now feel I have the skills to manage my own life moving forward

My counsellor didn't seem to have any plan at all. He was quite happy to just let me mumble on endlessly with no focus. He recommended a book at some point and then in our last session he just laughed at me. I cancelled the two sessions after that and then nobody has called me in 3 months to check if I'm ok or see if I'd like to try again. In my first few sessions I have him the benefit of the doubt and let him di his thing (although I wasn't sure what he was doing exactly) and then finally I asked from some structure and wa... read more

I needed an appointment. I ended up being booked for 6 months later stating that this would put me on a waiting list for earlier appointments that open up. The 6 months passed with no phone call ever made to me & then they auto cancelled the appointment made as I hasn’t replied to the confirmation text. This practice has 0 care towards people’s mental health. They are there to make money only.

I'm so sick,"just like all trying to get help", calling a number that is found by looking up "bulk-billing"psychologist's,calling then being told that "we don't provide bulk-billing"???Wow,even a 5 year old child can blatantly see if such is advertised,then such shows the"more than likely fraudulent "attitude this place provides!!! C'mon people, it's about time we ALL AS ONE stand-up against this ridiculous game.
