They just don't care! Danger! Warning!!!!! (Also not how they have never responded to this review because they know how badly they messed up and don't care). If you like your car don't let them touch it. Damaged my car and did 2nd rate work. Poor service, low quality work and the manager will deny liability for damage done to your car by his staff. Found bolt missing from body panel and drivers door not adequately installed (bolts loose, dangerous), 3rd party parts used for repair (repair should have been new oem parts only)... read more
I've unfortunately needed to use Brisbane Collision Centre twice due to my car being hit on separate occasions. However, each time, they've gone above and beyond. The quality of the repairs is outstanding, and their customer service is consistently excellent. Thank you, for once again restoring my car to such a high standard. You are always my first recommendation to anyone in need of repairs.
Chose to use Brisbane Collision over my insurance preferred repairer and couldn’t be happier with the front end repairs they did. The staff were very helpful and friendly and they even managed to get the shine back into my old chalky paint on the rest of the car!
Would not recommend. Terrible customer service. Took more than 12 months to complete repair. Paint not even colour matched. All damage not repaired and repairs that were done very poor workmanship. When I raised my concerns they simply could not care less. Strongly recommend finding another company that can actually do the work.
They do the best work and the highest quality I've used them 3 times now and their work is impeccable from every day cars too full show cars.
