Picked up my car today and I’m really happy with the result. The repairs were done to a very high standard and the car looks fantastic. They even gave it a full clean before handing it back, which I wasn’t expecting. The whole experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Thanks to the team at Brisbane Collision Centre. Highly recommended!
They just don't care! Danger! Warning!!!!! (Also note how they have never responded to this review because they know how badly they messed up and don't care). If you like your car don't let them touch it. Damaged my car and did 2nd rate work. Poor service, low quality work and the manager will deny liability for damage done to your car by his staff. Found bolt missing from body panel and drivers door not adequately installed (bolts loose, dangerous), 3rd party parts used for repair (repair should have been new oem parts only... read more

She has been incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely willing to help every step of the way while assisting me with getting my car sorted.
