I purchased one bag of 5 L Debco Perlite today. The price on the website is $12.25, but I was charged $15.50. I inquired the price difference, and was told that the price in-store is slightly higher. Well, 26% price difference is not slightly higher though, I am very disappointed. I decided to keep my purchase, as I urgently needed the perlite to repot my plants. However, I will never make any purchases in-store at Sunshine Mitre 10 in the future. Lesson learnt!

Went in today. The girl on the counter couldn’t even look up to say hello. Asked for help and she pointed to what I needed, no help at all. Just lost a sale from me and won’t be back. Shame Bunnings will now get my money.
Recently made an online purchase and the Sunshine store was in charge of getting the order ready. I had selected delivery and with the Easter long weekend coming up realised my delivery of camping goods for Easter wasn’t going to arrive in time. The team at the store have been great making contact with myself, organising alternative options and today I received a call that the area manager was going to personally deliver my order this afternoon - followed by a call confirming it had been delivered.
