Wanted to give a review based on the customer service I have received so far. Particularly from Sara who has gone above and beyond in her role. She should be commended for her compassion, kindness and wonderful customer service.
Laura has been amazing at managing schedules and finding times that suit. My first session with David clear, concise and super helpful

Highly recommend BCP. They have a lovely team of receptionists, particularly Laura R who was so welcoming and accommodating from my first phone call. Stacey has a wealth of professional knowledge, her warm and no judgment approach has made my experience at BCP really positive. Was initially hesitant booking a clinic in the CBD but it has been surprisingly very easy to get to, with heaps of car parks and public transport options nearby.
Good customer service experience with Laura. She is lovely and able to help me with queries. There were issues in the beginning, which were sorted out eventually. It really pays off having to follow up via call. Their system is frustrating, it’s better to call. Dr David Short is very professional and has shown respect and empathy. Overall, I highly recommend Brisbane.
