I have had a good experience with Dr Alayan and his outstanding dental assistant (she is brilliant!) and very thankful to have my dental surgery done without any issues except for post op neck pain. However I’ve rated the practice very low as the reception staff are consistently unprofessional, unkind and not making an effort to be friendly. Not the best care.
I had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists. She needs further training in how to communicate with patients.She also did not bother to reply to my emails even though I had requested an acknowledgement that she had received them. Unprofessional behaviour on the part of front line employees is bad for business. Nobody likes to be disrespected.
