I have had a good experience with Dr Alayan and his outstanding dental assistant (she is brilliant!) and very thankful to have my dental surgery done without any issues except for post op neck pain. I explained that I need to drive a long distance from the sunshine coast and needed a mid or late appt (10 minutes for my review) so that I could see Dr Boulton afterwards and they were not accommodating at all - so now I have to drive back and forth for 2 appts that could easily be ... read more
Not the best care.
I had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists. She needs further training in how to communicate with patients.She also did not bother to reply to my emails even though I had requested an acknowledgement that she had received them. Unprofessional behaviour on the part of front line employees is bad for business. Nobody likes to be disrespected.
