Mitsubishi’s 10 year warranty isn’t worth anything. Our car has had a problem starting ever since we bought it brand new from the Bowen Hills branch and they refuse to fix it. The vehicle demonstrated the problem in front of their Service Advisor and he said “it’s normal”. I’ve raised it with management, supplied these videos to them and I’ve even made a complaint directly with Mitsubishi Australia and they won’t do anything either. These people are much more professional than the guys at Aspley.. give them your business instead of Zupps Aspley if you live close to both. Had a major electric issue with a car under warranty that won’t drive anywhere. Zero sympathy and rudeness is all I got from Zupps Aspley then these guys were so nice, understanding and accommodating and offered to diagnose the car next day.
I had an amazing experience with the professional help from Anil here. He made the process of purchasing a new vehicle smooth and frictionless, kept me constantly updated with strong communication, and was to be sure id be leaving with a smile and the best possible deal.
