Absolute ridiculous service provided, I had my Ute serviced last month and the window wipers replaced at the same and hadn’t driven it for a month in the rain so was unaware that they charged be almost $80 and never fitted them when I went into too complain blare come and had a look and said they had and I continued to say they hadn’t he took it around the back then come back to me saying they couldn’t do as it was different wipers and that they didn’t tell him they hadn’t fitted them offered me too knock the money off my ne... read more
The things I’d do to of not bought from this Mitsubishi, pick any other Mitsubishi these guys are the worst ever to deal with , they lost my spare key when I bought brand new car and refusing to give a new one unless I pay to get it when it was there fault, good luck getting onto them they say the manager will call back and never does happened 10 times
Went for service, arrived as scheduled but appeared to be lacking staff to process. Took 30min to drop off the car. When I went to collect, discovered they forgot to reconnect the crash cam. Otherwise the service went well and the car is running smoothly.
