I’m extremely disappointed with the service department at ŠKODA Bowen Hills. I had an ongoing issue with my car for close to three years, and it was only just resolved recently after constant nagging and non-stop follow-ups from my end. The lack of proactive communication and ownership was exhausting. I should not have had to chase this so persistently to get a long-standing issue fixed. Based on this experience, I would definitely not recommend buying from this dealership at all.

I tried to purchase a Skoda Kodiaq Sportline from here which I saw advertised on Carsales. I called to make an appointment, and confirmed with the sales person whether the vehicle had the features as advertised, which he confirmed. I came to test drive the vehicle the following day, and apparently the car was nowhere to be found, so they offered me something lesser to look at.
