Bought a new car and it was a smooth & stress free process. Our salesman was Lucas. Lovely young guy. Made the buying experience with no stress.

Have decided to move to Brisbane City Skoda after poor experiences with the service department at Mount Gravatt. From point of drop off you can see this is a much more professional organisation. Will definitely be returning and look forward to purchasing my next Skoda from Brisbane City Automotive.
Consistently Disappointing Service and Poor Communication I am writing this review to share my consistently negative experiences with the Brisbane City Skoda service department. My most recent visit was to address a faulty air conditioning system. Despite being told after a "full inspection" that there was nothing wrong with the car, the issue reoccurred almost immediately.
