The service centre is hit and miss on customer service. Have used a few times with minor issues: car dropped off but to service team but was forgotten during the day needing to rebook and then key battery replacement paid for but not done. Just a bit casual.
Been servicing here for 4 years after the purchase of my Kodiaq. Have always dealt with Shaun who has been amazing, he has now retired. Malcolm who has now taken over seems very welcoming and is very knowledgeable with European vehicles.
