At best incompetent, at worst deceitful. Avoid like the plague.
I was nervous based on some older reviews but I had an excellent experience servicing my LR Defender today. Chad and the whole team were courteous, helpful, with clear and consistent communication, a cleaned car for collection, transport into the city for the day while it was being worked on, and a brownie to boot!
I have to say the service exceed my expectations, especially after reading some of the previous negative reviews from past customers. I deduced to give it a shot and glad I did. It was for my first scheduled service for my L663 and I have to say, Marie and team made me feel very welcome and importantly, did a hassle free scheduled service for me. Bonus chocolate and a nice car wash and vacuum were great touches for such a brand. Once again, big thank you to Marie and team in keeping me updated along the way. Will be back aga... read more
