Completely disappointed with the service received over the last few years with Jag, culminating in the service team scratching a headlight while it was in for a service. They also left the vehicle with greasy hand prints all over the front of the vehicle, and scratched the edge of the bonnet, and sent it out for pickup without any quality control.
