We have been seeing Dr Taylor since 2017, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. He has looked after me, my husband, and now our young children, and throughout all these years his care has been consistently outstanding. Every doctor I have seen here is great but it really is the reception staff who steal the show. Always, quick and efficient and even though they must deal with huge volumes of patients everyday they are always chipper, friendly, and helpful. It makes such a difference to the patient experience as whole! Having warm and empathetic staff is so crucial in the medical field and the reception staff here exemplify that! It's very appreciated
Good clinic and excellent staff — everything is honest and professional. Dr. Dina Zakirova is a very professional and caring doctor. She listened carefully to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable during the appointment. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes her work seriously. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and knowledgeable doctor.
Fantastic inner city GP clinic! Booking an appointment was straightforward and seamless and appointments were available throughout the day to ensure there was something for everyone. Upon arrival, I was greeted by 2 lovely and friendly receptionists and Dr Zakirova was amazing! I would definately recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a friendly, accessible practice within the CBD or nearby ☺️
Dr Peter Richter is an excellent and knowledgeable doctor. one of the best doctors in the city. He met me with big smile everytime I visited the clinic. Knows what to do and explains the issue in very simple manner and prescribes the best medicine for the problem.
