We have been seeing Dr Taylor since 2017, and I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. He has looked after me, my husband, and now our young children, and throughout all these years his care has been consistently outstanding. The doctor is good. Dr Michael Edwards is attentive, and I'd go see him again if I had issues. But the receptionist can't help you with notifying you of any cancellations in case you want to have your appointment sooner. They give a standard response of "check the website regularly, or go to the hospital" 👎. Didn't really want to book somewhere else, but I need to because of this.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr Dina Zakirova. She is incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen carefully and thoroughly understand every aspect of the situation. During the appointment, I felt heard, supported, and safe. A truly professional and compassionate specialist. Highly recommend ♥️
Dr Michael Edwards is everything you'd want in a trusted doctor. He's widely read in uptodate medical research and he applies this judiciously. Additionally, he's non-judgemental and focuses upon achievable outcomes (especially important for we older folk). Thankyou, Michael, for your attention to my medical matters over the past 15 years. I'd like to add that his nurse at City Doctors gives the best jabs ever!
This is an excellent GP practice. It has a reception team that listens and is helpful. They smile and seem to enjoy working there. Dr Dina Zakirova is the perfect GP…. calm , knowledgeable and reassuring.
