This is hands down the best GP clinic I have visited in Brisbane during the last 5 yrs I have lived here! Great front desk staff - friendly, caring and very professional! When it comes to the doctors, I have seen Dr. Dina Zakirova twice now and I absolutely love her patient approach (no pun intended). She is a good listener and genuinely cares for her patients. I regularly visit Brisbane City Doctors. It is one of the busiest practices I've experienced. However, despite the number of patients, I always receive the warmest welcome at reception. Dr Michael Edwards has been my doctor in excess of 10 years. Highly professional, caring, exceptional in diagnosis as well as after care. Dr Michael Edward’s is the most empathetic and thoughtful GP I have had. He was considerate, listened and helped make a plan which met all my needs. I felt seen and heard and not neglected which has happened for me at too many other doctors at other clinics in the past. I will only be seeing this doctor in the future.
Dr Dina has been incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive throughout my complex care. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly. I’m grateful for their expertise and genuine compassion. Highly recommended!
I’ve been a patient of the practice for more than 10 years, most of that with Dr Michael Edwards. I started seeing him because of the proximity to my office, and because I could get a quick appointment. I didn’t realise I was gonna find such an amazing doctor.
