Booked my fleet car in for service and advised that it was to be paid for by the fleet company. Was advised no problems and to bring it in. They waited until i was in the driveway checking in for service to advise they don't deal with the fleet company and I'd need to pay for it directly. Frustrating waste of a morning in peak hour traffic
Really bad experience from them especially the sales consultant “ Sean Keenan “ & Customer Care Manger “ Rose Hogan” . Full of smiles & promises till you sign the contract and becoming real carsales guys after . Still waiting for my even after the full settlement. Sean Keenan is an absolute disgrace to the profession. Still waiting for the car even after full payment for the vehicle is done.Your service is not even worthy of any rating
•The salesman wasn’t very informative and did not explain everything I needed to know – most shamefully not warning me that there was no cooling off period for the purchase of a new car. •He hardly showed me any of the features of the Skoda car and did not offer to give me a test drive •I trusted his advice only to find how dishonest he was by leading me to believe that I would not get much more than $4,000 for my VW Polo when a search of car sales reveals that I could get more than $10,000 - He just wanted to make a quick s... read more
Avoid! Terrible experience with Taj, other dealerships are much better. Please do not sign anything until you’re 100% sure what you are getting into regardless of what is said to you and even if it has clause that says contract subject to blah blah blah!
