Avoid! Terrible experience with Taj, other dealerships are much better. Please do not sign anything until you’re 100% sure what you are getting into regardless of what is said to you and even if it has clause that says contract subject to blah blah blah!
Bailey was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying my first car. Absolute worst experience ever. I regret every buying a vehicle from this place. Such incompetent staff and appalling, couldn't-care-less attitude from management. Steer clear of this place. Blatant liars.
I purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Triton in June and it has a rattle in the Drivers side pillar. Despite recognising the issue, Mitsubishi warranty and the dealership have spent 4 months arguing about the repair methodology and are not very interested in customer service, keeping you updated or acting on your behalf. I am forced to constantly call and nobody there is available to provide details. The Service manager is never in the office and there is no customer facing warranty team.
