My chlorinator was showing a "no flow" LED after a cell clean, and the manufacturer has closed. A googleweb search found Brisbane Chlorinator Specialist, and Colin answered my phone call. He was totally familiar with my model of chlorinator, and instead of just telling me to bring the unit in for servicing he suggested to 1st remove the rear cap of the cell unit and check the 3rd wire was still connected. We were very impressed with the speed of assessment, quality of advice and timely updates and responses from Brisbane Chlorinator Specialists. Sadly our pump was deemed to be uneconomical to repair, however, they had a refurbished one which we were able to purchase. It fitted perfectly to our old system and fingers crossed, it feel confident that it’ll last for some time yet :)
