I got a wrong parcel. Takes 3 months to figure it out. It was massive loss of my business. Another reviewer is right. Too expensive and useless. Strongly recommend using another company.

We had the same issues as the other reviews. They don't do their jobs properly and they put the blame back onto the customer. Stay away from these people and find someone else. We now use TVS Supply Chain Solutions for all our shipping needs.

Terrible customer service and communication, ended up being charged extra storage fees for a lack of communication across multiple parties including Carotrans and at no fault of my own (who was simply trying to get my personal effects from overseas). Even with evidence they would not waive the storage fees, absolutely no empathy or room for flexibility due to their 'company policies' (read our excuse to charge you regardless of circumstance) about storage - pretty appalling customer service.

The goods arrived and I managed to pick them up! The service is extremely expensive and staff are rude with poor customer service. Do yourself a favour and find a different company to ship with.
