Frank was very professional and experienced. I got a good deal on the car I wanted to trade in and Frank and his team knocked the price of the corolla I wanted to buy down fairly. While the mechanic I got to inspect the car pointed out some minor faults that needed repairing, Frank didn't hesitate to get a mechanic to fix those minor issues at no extra cost to myself.
