The report seemed decent enough but no effort was made to inspect the roof cavity because the manhole was “obstructed”. It clearly wasn’t and I went back and checked up there myself with a builder mate a few days later. 2 stars may be a little harsh but it made me question the level of diligence applied elsewhere, considering how the roof is kind of a critical part of the structure.

Very dissapointed with the service and quality of Brisbane Building Reports. Poor, dismissive communication from Chris from start to finish. Had to chase to recieve the building report days after the inspection. The report was not detailed as promised bur rather just pictures of the issues with little to no commentary around what the issues are or the suggested solutions. This information was need to direct the agent to folllow up on the defects given im an out of state investor. NOT WORTH the above market fee.
Super quick results, was less than 12hrs in my case
