Absolutely horrible to deal with! On the first clean they were over 30 mins late and blamed non existent traffic then they didn’t clean my small unfurnished department properly so they had to come back! I had to ask over 5 times to get before and after photos of the job they said they would take (still don’t have them so probably bs) and now today they are again 30 minutes late!! Do not trust them!!
Very timely in showing up for the bond cleaning and pest control appointment at the appointed time. Very good result, very deep cleaning of the property, and a delightfully fresh aroma around the house. When we received our bond back in full, we were overjoyed. Ian from One Up Cleaning was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive, was on time and importantly did a fantastic job cleaning my 2 bed, 2 bath unit for a bond clean. No issues came up from the managing agent and he even managed to get my oven tray back to a high standard rather than forcing me to buy another one as a replacement.
I recently asked this company for a partial cleaning in my apartment, and Ian and his colleague did a very good job. Thank you Ian.
If I could give them negative star, it worthed more. I confirmed the date of cleaning couple of times and then I received a text message two days before booking that "your job is cancelled because we dont have staff". They messed up with my plan and I had to give more rent. I dont recommend this company to anyone and they are the least reliable in brisbane.
