Very incompetent Customer service should look at emptying voice mail box when it’s full as every time I try to contact and leave my details so someone can get back to me

Best service that takes the pain away from the thought of damaged car
Paid $50 for a quote today on my BMW and couldn’t even get a word out of Richardo who assessed my vehicle. He didn’t communicate anything with me whilst assessing my car and made feel like I was wasting his time. Empty canvas that’s the best way to describe him. Later on I get a quote from him for 2.5k plus to fix the scratches on the rear right bumper bar.
