I was looking to hire a bike for a week and to ride the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT). Brisbane Bike Rental by far was the most economical option, and it was for an ebike. I was lucky enough to be provided a brand new bike which went like a dream, I rode 120km each day on it. Totally recommend Brisbane Bike Rental for well maintained bikes and top service from a locally owned and operated business.

I had an e-bike and didn't use it for 6 month, then it come with lots of problems — it wasn’t running properly and had several electrical and mechanical issues. The repairer did an amazing job fixing everything! The bike now runs perfectly, smooth and quiet like new. The bike's battery and motor were powerful. Brisbane Bike Rental had the best prices in the city for the amount of time I needed to use it for which was eight weeks. The owner proved to be very reasonable.

Would definitely recommends! At first, I was given a bike that didn’t quite meet my expectations. However, as soon as I requested a change, the staff was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue by providing me with a new bike that was exactly what I was looking for. The service was friendly and attentive throughout the whole process. I really appreciate how professionally they handled everything.
