I was looking to hire a bike for a week and to ride the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail (BVRT). Brisbane Bike Rental by far was the most economical option, and it was for an ebike. I was lucky enough to be provided a brand new bike which went like a dream, I rode 120km each day on it. Totally recommend Brisbane Bike Rental for well maintained bikes and top service from a locally owned and operated business.
I had an e-bike and didn't use it for 6 month, then it come with lots of problems — it wasn’t running properly and had several electrical and mechanical issues. The repairer did an amazing job fixing everything! The bike now runs perfectly, smooth and quiet like new. The bike's battery and motor were powerful. Brisbane Bike Rental had the best prices in the city for the amount of time I needed to use it for which was eight weeks. The owner proved to be very reasonable.

Bike must not have been checked or serviced before we picked it up, we had to tighten the stand, the headlight, the seat and a bracket, they were so loose it was ridiculous. Then we couldn’t get the electrics working, after several phone calls it turned out the battery wasn’t lining up, after further adjustments and a lot of jiggling we finally got it working!
