Not sure if or how this place gets repeat business… Went to drop off the ski, in their documented business hours, and Chris was just leaving, but still couldn’t leave it with them, so that was a wasted trip from Brisbane to Logan. My fault for assuming… Had my ski for the best part of 3 weeks. In for service and carbon seal etc. Quoted on the phone a worst case scenario with a new driveshaft, yet they still came back wanting over a grand more than their quote. Took my Jetski in with extensive hull damage. Chris and Ann took good very good care of me, gave regular updates, and even went above and beyond by fixing some cosmetic damage on my jetski - at their own cost! Will definitely be bringing my ski back for any future works
