The old guy immediately started mansplaining and answering my question with a question. Put me right off. Apart from that, though it was a fine dealer, the car was good. Didn't buy from there because we found a better car elsewhere.
Absolutely amazing service, the lady i had spoken to Eileen, was very great and helpful and made everything so easy for me. This was my first time purchasing a car on a I loan annd from a dealership. This has made me want to recommend other people and makes me want to come back to do more business later on.
I bought an Audi off Brisbane auto group not too long ago and I just want to say I am astounded with their service ! Aaron was great with the whole process , and the whole team was nice and friendly , and the young bloke on the test drive was so kind . Would recommend ! Thanks again guys !
Poor service received from Lorries today 4/10/25 although Youngblood attempted to swab up behind his poor service. Perhaps sittingbbehind a desk provide some form of status above good customer service.
