Extremely poor customer service! I love my Alfa Romeo car however if you own one the customer service at Alfa Romeo Brisbane will disappoint you to the point you rather have chosen another brand! I will recommend this branch to no one!
I've been critical of the customer service afforded by FCA/Stellantis in the past. I have to say that the most recent experience with Brisbane Alfa Romeo has been the best experience by far. I receive a standard text message to give feedback on my experience after a visit to the ALFA service department. I reply with a "N" indicating I wasn't happy. I then receive a phone call from marketing to ask why. I air my grievance and concerns and asked to speak with the service manager whose name is listed on the text message received. I indicate that's it's urgent based on my service call the prior day. Took my giulia qv here for a run of the mill service. Initially quoted $800 when dropping the car off, only to be told before pick up it is $2300. No additional work, just told their system had generated the wrong quote! No worries. I pay and walk away only to realise they have stamped the book with a Honda stamp!
