Very disappointing experience. I booked an inspection for my ducted air conditioning system (installed December 2025) after being clearly told over the phone that the inspection would be free. Based on that, I agreed to go ahead. However, the confirmation was sent to the wrong email address, so I had no idea when the technician would arrive. I wanted to replace my existing 20 year old ducted system with all new refit. Made a call to Brisbane Air Solutions and Andy came out to quote and gave excellent advice regarding what size system I needed. Crew was very professional and clean and completed the install within a day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brisbane Air Solutions to anybody!
