I wish I could report a more positive experience with BAS but unfortunately, I was unhappy with their service. I paid $260 dollars to have my air con units serviced, one of which had an issue I expected to be fixed (intermittent whistling sound). This did not happen, and no other recommendations were made. I spent $99 to have my second unit serviced as part of this, which I regret as it was working fine. Brisbane Air Solutions just completed a major repair/rebuild of my Fujitsu Multi Split Unit in Scarborough. I cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved. Curtis , Dan and the office staff who originally handled this service request. Courteous, responsive and efficient at all times. I can highly recommend Brisbane Air Solutions and if and when I replace one of my other AC Systems I will call on them in the first instance.

When looking to get air con installed in my home office, my first and last call was to Brisbane Air Solutions. All the staff I dealt with, from initial contact through to the quoting stage, installation and final payment were friendly and super helpful, doing all they could to have it installed before Xmas which I really appreciated. Their prices too were very competitive with both time & options available for payment. Will definitely use again both for further installation & servicing in the future. Thanks team

My AC repair has been completed. Just want to say Curtis has been a professional during the installation process. On time, taken initiative to initiate repair, great communicator about the problem and great listener to my concern. Also provide useful insight about AC maintanace. Real class professional
