I wanted to replace my existing 20 year old ducted system with all new refit. Made a call to Brisbane Air Solutions and Andy came out to quote and gave excellent advice regarding what size system I needed. Crew was very professional and clean and completed the install within a day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brisbane Air Solutions to anybody!
From the start the girls were fantastic ( Kerrin and the First Lady on the phone ), the boys who arrived Curtis and Cody were efficient and friendly completing the service of the three conditioners effortlessly We highly recommend this company, don't waste your time try this company.
I wish I could report a more positive experience with BAS but unfortunately, I was unhappy with their service. I paid $260 dollars to have my air con units serviced, one of which had an issue I expected to be fixed (intermittent whistling sound). This did not happen, and no other recommendations were made. I spent $99 to have my second unit serviced as part of this, which I regret as it was working fine.
