12 months ago, I decided to 'test' the service that Brisbane Air afforded to install two new split system air conditioners. Barney attended to inspect and quote. Technicians attended and professionally, efficiently installed the units noting some slight packaging damage, promptly replacing unit facias. Chris and Aiden turned up on time and did a great job installing a unit in a tricky spot on an elevated house. They work together - extremely effectively and having two people onsite meant the job was done quickly. The rooms with the older units are noticeably cooler after the service. They left a towel at the front door to wipe their boots on before coming indoors. Sounds trivial but it meant a lot less mud traipsed in, it looked like they cared about the worksite (my house.) Excellent service. Came to survey property, explained options clearly and followed up quickly with a very reasonable quote. Work was then completed to a high standard by a great crew, particularly impressed by the effort to clean up when they finished, highly recommend.
