I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I was very clear that I only intended to keep this bike for 12-18 months and would be purchasing another one at that point so resale value was a key thing for me. After initially sending me a contract for a 2024 bike I asked them to rectify it to a 2025 build which I did receive a contract for. Very poor workmanship had a fuel tank reline 18months ago now it is back in the shop fully rusted out again
I dealt with Nick from all the way over in WA He gave me the deal I wanted and then organised the freight and the purchase process and everything went great.Absolutely wrapped.
