The team at Brisan were so great to deal with. I went in first looking for now gear and the team were super helpful, helped me make sure everything was fitted and because of this I ended up going back to buy my new bike! Same person helped me buy the bike. Great experience
Without being all doom and gloom, i want to express my frustration. 5 stars when it comes to the purchasing of my Indian scout rogue 2023, as the staff were very pleasant and helpful with the process of trading in my old bike and getting such a good deal on my new bike. Unfortunately, i am not too mechanically minded hence the frustration starting after my bikes first service. Upon returning home it has sat in the garage very slowly leaking some kind of fluid.
