Went to the service department on a Saturday to get a tube installed on a tyre. Was told that there was no technician available by the young man on the counter. I explained that I needed it done asap so he told me to give him an hour and would try his best to get it done for me. Amazing customer service and a great assett to the company. Very pleased with the service received.
