I pre-paid through a special she was having and never got my full services. I scheduled it, showed up @ the scheduled time, called/texted her when she wasn't there, and have attempted to reschedule/get a refund for over 3 months. She responded the last time I made a review that she was at a funeral and asking me when I would like to come in for my appointment. I responded that I wanted a refund at this point. Hard to get an appointment but she's great at what she does.
Bri was amazing! I was so nervous and she assured me I had nothing to worry about. She was quick and made the experience extremely comfortable. I am %100 going back!
