After multiple referrals from my doctor, my personal delivery of a referral to a person there, and prior authorization sent from my insurance, they “don’t have a referral”. Good luck getting anyone on the phone either. Doctor’s office was on hold for more than 30 minutes before they had to disconnect and get on with their work. Insurance rep also gets the runaround. Is this place actually a pharmacy??
Awful experience. Front desk is extremely unhelpful. I got an order for an infusion from my doctor because I have severely low iron levels. I drove immediately over to the office to make sure they got the paperwork. Without knowing me or my situation they told me my insurance probably wouldn’t cover it, an infusion probably wouldn’t even help and if I wanted to pay out of pocket it would be too expensive for me.
