Awful experience. Front desk is extremely unhelpful. I got an order for an infusion from my doctor because I have severely low iron levels. I drove immediately over to the office to make sure they got the paperwork. Without knowing me or my situation they told me my insurance probably wouldn’t cover it, an infusion probably wouldn’t even help and if I wanted to pay out of pocket it would be too expensive for me. Terrible company to deal with! Meds were not received when we were told they would be there. Requested an itemized receipt several times and was promised it would be emailed, still not received after 3rd request. Terrible communication with Home Health Care facility.
