Worst shipping center / pharmacy it's horrible.
What a disgrace! No warning of the change from OptumRX to this horrible company. Doctor sends prescription order. Then Brio a sends back a confirmation to the doctor causing lag time to get prescriptions on time. 10 to 15 days lag time. Orders are screwed up. Notifications that appear for meds not ordered...then disappear. Customer service consists of placate customers. I am NOT happy. They consistently screw our orders up. Go back to OPTUMRX!!!
My mother has been receiving prescriptions from this pharmaceutical company for the past few years per insurance and over this time she has received deplorable service. Not only are there practices un ethical with them having consistently failed to deliver prescriptions which are required to be taken on a daily basis by her refill date, but as of today they have also charged her card after preemptive discussions in which she told the company she wanted a hold until co-pay possibilities were explored because of the high cost ... read more
This is one of the worst Pharmaceutical companies I have worked with. It took over 8 mos to get a receipt and I am still waiting for my current receipt, The representatives that you work with a script and will not deter from that even when you try and talk to get them. I would not recommend them
